Sollo is a business automation platform that helps you manage workflows, integrate with third-party services (including Google Workspace products), and automate repetitive tasks. The Service includes features for:

  • Email management and automation via Gmail
  • Calendar scheduling and event management
  • Document creation and management
  • Data synchronization with Google Sheets
  • Presentation creation with Google Slides
  • Analytics integration and reporting
  • Custom workflow automation

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Third-Party Integrations

  • You authorize Sollo to access and use data from these services as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You remain responsible for complying with the terms of service of those third-party platforms
  • You can disconnect integrations at any time through the Integrations page
  • We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, phishing emails, or other unsolicited communications
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sollo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sollo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sollo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
